Drogba in line for Chelsea return
Didier Drogba is in line for a sensational return to the English Premiership with Chelsea looking to sign the striker.
The Ivorian striker, once a crowd favourite at Chelsea, is reportedly set to be a offered playing role on a one-year-contract with the player staying on as a coach after his retirement.
The Guardian is reporting that Drogba could be on his way to Stamford Bridge early next week.
Currently without a club, Drogba is keen to join up with former mentor Mourinho. Drogba is currently a free agent after his 18-month contract at Galatasaray came to an end at the conclusion of the Turkish Super Lig season.
Mourinho is looking to add his "special" touch to Chelsea’s attacking options.
